Description:
The company is presently in the process of
launching a new line of flexible and
state-of-the-art life insurance products to
meet the specific needs and requirements of
individual policyholders. In this regard,
the company is seeking a fully qualified or a
nearly qualified Actuary to head its Actuarial
Division. In this role, the Actuary will be
responsible for product development, pricing,
reserving, monitoring and assisting the
Appointed Actuary of the company in the annual
actuarial valuations and related actuarial
work. The minimum qualifications for the post
are:

Fellow of Society/Institute of Actuaries (FSA/FIA) or
Associate of Society/Institute of Actuaries (ASA/AIA)
expecting to attain FSA/FIA designation within 1
to 2 years

Experience of working in a life insurance
organization or actuarial consultancy firm
managing life insurance policies, preferably
of investment-linked type
-
Must have expert communication skills and
should be able to work independently

Must be well acquainted with Pakistan’s
insurance laws
